Established 2014 in Zürich, Legal Aid Switzerland is led by its Founder, Ethan Sebastian, who have studied Civil law, Criminal law and Immigration law in North America and Great Britain. He is not a member of the Schweizerischer Anwaltsverband but has in depth knowledge of Swiss judiciary proceedings.
As a legal representative, he has contested civil matters at the lower levels of Friedensrichter and Stadthalter up to the level of the District Courts and currently holds a litigation success record of no losses.
He has lived in Switzerland for a decade and is familiar with the Swiss culture and the variation of Schweizerdeutsch, a native English speaker, who understands and speaks German at a communicable level.
After migrating to Switzerland from the UK, where he founded and ran Immi-Aid, a charitable legal consulting service, his passion for law led to studying Swiss laws which then led to establishing Legal Aid Switzerland.
